Well. I have been SLACKIN!!!! All the way around.I havent been keeping up with this at all and I have been off the wagon more than on with the eating...BAD BARBI.
Tomorrow is a new day though,and whether or not it was foolish, I am off the anti anxiety med for a week now.I feel more motivated to be me.
Breakfast in the morning...scrambled eggs, bacon,tomatoes and fresh blueberries. Lunch will be my leftovers from Outback...only because.Fish and veggies, I will ad my own salad with the homemade primal blue cheese dressing. I need to tweak that abit...apple cider vinegar AND Greek Style yogurt are just a wee bit TART
