Wow, I didn't quite make it to a year since my last post...bad bad me!!!
    On my never ending quest not to be a lump...I have gone back to Weight Watchers. Par for the course, I come back and everything I already know is about to change completely. Thats ok, perhaps the shake up will make the difference.
